I had a great stay at Collins Street Residences By Apartments Of. The apartment itself had everything I needed, with a good kitchen and bathroom, and easy access. The location was fantastic, with a tram right outside, a train station close by, and it was easy to walk to the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and beautiful views! the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the city. the apartment had everything we needed and even provided some extra amenities like washing powder and dish soap. the bed was also comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
The check-in process was frustratingly time-consuming and poorly explained, leaving us standing in the cold foyer for 30 minutes. There were no instruction manuals for the appliances, including the air conditioning, which resulted in cold temperatures and confusion.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional and made sure I had everything I needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the unit was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a well-equipped kitchen and a stunning view of the city from the 64th floor. The location was perfect for my meeting point, right across from Southbank and just a 2-minute walk from Southern Cross station. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the Skybus terminal, making it easy for us to get there from the airport. The "free" tram station is right in front of this venue so we could easily explore the city. The service was great, the staff was friendly and the room amenities were superb. The air conditioning was a lifesaver and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained. We also appreciated the cooking facilities in the kitchen that allowed us to have some meals in our room. The swimming pool and gym facilities were fantastic, and the free Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise.
We don't have anything negative to say about this place. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
