I had a great stay at Collins Street Residences By Apartments Of. The apartment itself had everything I needed, with a good kitchen and bathroom, and easy access. The location was fantastic, with a tram right outside, a train station close by, and it was easy to walk to the city. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and beautiful views! The apartment was a perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment had everything we needed and even provided some extra amenities like washing powder and dish soap. The bed was also comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.
There were no instruction manuals for the appliances, including the air conditioning, which resulted in cold temperatures and confusion.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were really good and made sure I had everything I needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-equipped kitchen and a fine view of the city from the 64th floor. The location was perfect for my meeting point, right across from Southbank and just a 2-minute walk from Southern Cross station. the hotel was conveniently located near public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything. It's just a short walk from the Skybus terminal, making it convenient for travelers. The apartment is right in front of a "free" tram station, allowing for easy exploration of the city. the apartment comes with a great city view, adding to the overall experience.
The lifts broke down multiple times, causing long queues and inconvenience for guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It's conveniently located near the Skybus terminal, making it easy for us to get there from the airport. The "free" tram station is right in front of this venue so we could easily explore the city. The service was great, the staff was friendly and the room amenities were superb. The air conditioning was a lifesaver and the flat-screen TV kept us entertained. We also appreciated the cooking facilities in the kitchen that allowed us to have some meals in our room. The swimming pool and gym facilities were fantastic, and the free Wi-Fi was a pleasant surprise.
We don't have anything negative to say about this place. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
